The Challenge

Visa processing remains one of the most fragmented and manual workflows in global mobility. Despite the growth of e-visas, agencies still rely on repetitive back-and-forth with applicants, manual document checks, slow translations, changing immigration rules, and human teams that are difficult to scale across countries, languages, and time zones. As demand for international education, work permits, and secure mobility continues to grow, the operational burden on agencies is increasing. Manual processes create delays, inconsistent evaluations, avoidable rejections, and high processing costs, limiting the ability of agencies to scale profitably.

The Solution

OneVisa replaces the traditional visa department with an AI-powered operating system. The platform automates the core steps of the visa journey: capturing applicant data, collecting and validating documents, translating key materials, identifying risks before submission, generating expert application summaries, and preparing files for official immigration portals. Its AI infrastructure combines general-purpose LLMs with a proprietary visa knowledge graph and operational data from more than 50,000 historical visa applications. This allows OneVisa to provide country-specific guidance, detect inconsistencies, assess approval risk, and deliver a faster, more reliable visa workflow for agencies and students.

Why We Invested

"We invested in OneVisa because it is attacking a large, overlooked, and highly fragmented market with a clear vertical AI wedge. Visa processing is a mission-critical workflow where accuracy, compliance, speed, and cost matter, but where most incumbents still operate through manual processes and low-tech service models. The team has lived the problem first-hand through years of operating at scale in the international education and visa market. That gives OneVisa a rare combination of domain expertise, proprietary data, distribution insight, and product urgency. We believe the company has the potential to define a new category: AI infrastructure for secure global mobility."
